The property located 500m from the sea in a very center of the town. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. The flat have a small kitchen which has essentials to prepare your own food. However it is also possible to order meals from hosts. I'd like to particularly highlight the solyanka soup that was absolutely delicious. Overall this is a perfect place to spend your summer vacation.

3 minute walk from the best (quiet) part of the nicest beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English, Russian, Georgian, and maybe even more languages. The food they make is delicious. Fresh, home made, and the cheese is even from their own cow. They are really nice to my son too, and even let him see how they milk their cow. I'd recommend this place to couples or families who like to be by the beach, but also enjoy some quiet time. Plus, if you want to go to the central crowded street with restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute walk.

Perfect place, closed to the beach, also excellent pool is near hotel. Its not 4 star hotel, but fantastic relation between price and comfort. Very friendly owner, she is the background of all atmosphere. High recommended!

The location is very good, close to it you can find small shops. It is very convenient especially with family visits , as you can find their cafe with full of tasty and the most important fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices here are very good. Pool is on the second floor, some rooms have direct entrance from the room to pool. The music was very pleasant , we enjoyed the evenings sitting in the balcony. All personal were helpful and polite. Special thanks to Elene (Reception)and Nino (Cafe) for being so helpful.

A newly built apartments, all was good and everything was the same as in photos, just one moment there are no single beds in the apartments but doubles and one single foldable bed, thanks to the hosts for the good hosting, it was nice and comfortable to stay at your place.
