WOW! This place is just amazing. The hosts are incredible—the most kind, welcoming, and generous people. They took such good care of us and made us feel like family. All the meals we had were hearty and made with love. It’s also the most beautiful location in all of Georgia, absolutely unbeatable. There is brilliant hiking and stunning views. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and every room has a balcony with a view. It so was hard to leave. We will be back!

The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. It gave us a taste of the gerogian cuisine. The breakfasts were different every day. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located less than a mile from the city center in a very quiet area. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary appliances and a great view of the mountains. The breakfasts were very tasty and hearty, combining traditional Georgian and international dishes. There was a power outage in the city for a few days during our stay due to heavy snow, but the hotel has a generator so we had no problems with room heating or charging our devices. But the best thing about this hotel is the stuff, they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

One of the best places i have ever been to. Excellent location for Mestia, 10min walk from the center but in the middle of nature. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great food. I will go back!

During our two-week trip to Georgia, our stay in Mestia at Davit's home became one of the most unforgettable highlights. We were completely charmed by the room with the glass ceiling that opened up to the sky, and although the house was a bit outside the main town of Mestia, we decided to stay there — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. It made our Mestia experience feel like a dream. We stayed in that room for two nights and were absolutely happy there, whether the weather was clear or rainy. On rainy days, when hiking wasn't an option, we slept in and enjoyed the peaceful view from our bed. On clear nights, we were lucky enough to lie in bed and count countless stars until we fell asleep. The bed was comfortable, and a small heater kept us warm through the cold mountain nights. As an eco-friendly home, we did occasionally spot small insects like ants, but it never felt uncomfortable — the bathroom was also spotless and clean. Before coming to Mestia, we had mostly stayed in hotels, so we hadn’t had many chances to interact with local Georgians. Staying at Davit’s home gave us a much more intimate and meaningful experience. His family was incredibly kind and welcoming — it truly felt like being at home. We were so grateful to have been a small part of a household spanning four generations, even just for a little while. It was a heartwarming and joyful time. I know that whenever I find myself overwhelmed by the busyness of daily life, I will think back to Davit’s home and the peaceful days we spent there. A stay at Davit's place is not just accommodation — it’s an experience of Georgia itself, a beautiful bridge between people and culture. Travelers who value local traditions and approach others with warmth and respect will undoubtedly love it here. nice staff, clean room, exceptional sauna

guesthouse location is so close to city centre very friendly owner rooms are new renovated and everything is so clean and fresh, we had a delicious breakfast in the garden which was just amazing, Thank you ver much for your kindness we will definitely come back again

🌟 We had an absolutely perfect stay at Svanieri Cottage. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view is breathtaking, and the common area was ideal for celebrating a birthday with close friends. Everything was smooth: check-in, communication, and the overall vibe. We felt right at home.
