As I was catching the early morning ferry to Skye and missing breakfast the lady made me up a packed lunch, free of charge. I last stayed at the Morar hotel in 1970. It had moved a bit up-market since then!

The rooms were so chic, clean, and comfortable. It totally exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect--right next to the train station where I needed to be at 6 am. What's even better? Knowing I wouldn't be able to make it to breakfast, the staff made me an excellent packed lunch for my journey. It's the perfect stay in Mallaig!

Very clean room & well furnished washroom. The lady who checked us in at the reception was very courteous & professional. The breakfast was good. We even got welcome chocolates & a complimentary dessert.

Charming old hotel with lovely accomodation situated right in the Loch. Very friendly helpful staff. The pub attached was good fun for a drink before we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant on site. Great breakfast as well. You can also enjoy the guest lounge areas.

Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, the bed was very comfy. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent too! Would definitely recommend.
