This place was absolutely stunning, quite out in the country but great location for the science parks in the south of Cambridge. The rooms were really great, very comfortable and very clean and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast was also exceptional. I can't wait to stay here again!

Loved it, lovely room, lovely staff, great food. All good We stayed in the rooms opposite the main pub, wifi a little patchy but then would go back on again, nothing concerning and did not get in the way of anything. Food was so good. Had eton mess for pudding and it was so well made and presented. Had a burger and a fish stew (stayed 2 nights) and both tasted amazing, as well as the breakfast. My cereal this morning isn't hitting the mark at home!

Lovely, modern & cozy house with all necessary facilities. Located in a quiet area. The whole house is presented to a high standard, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and a smaller toilet downstairs. Kitchen includes all necessary facilities to be able to cook yourself and has a dining table. Parking space available too. Great Wifi connection. We used the nearby park and ride to get into the city, this is a short walk from the house. There are supermarkets nearby too. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and they provided useful information about the house and local area which was great being new to Cambridge. Thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and welcoming, we appreciated the chocolates & will definitely book again when visititng Cambridge!!

Quirky property, fun to explore with excellent facilities and a lovely charm of Old England. Great hot tub & cinema room. Excellent location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants in Saffron Walden. Each evening there was space to park our cars outside.

We had a truly phenomenal stay at City House by TAS – honestly, for the price, it’s an exceptional place! The house is spread across three floors: • On the ground floor, there’s a spacious living room with two fireplaces for a cozy fire, a guest WC, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a lovely terrace, and a large garden with parking right in front of the house. • The first floor has two bedrooms, each suitable for two people, and one of them has its own private bathroom. • The top floor (second floor) features a small office space and another bedroom with a private bathroom. The whole house has that charming traditional British feel – you really get the sense you’re living like a local. It’s perfect for families with kids: the kitchen has everything you need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), and there’s even a place to hang your laundry. And the cherry on top? There’s a wild plum tree in the garden, bearing fresh fruit in July – perfect for snacking straight from the tree or even making a pie! We also want to highlight how incredibly kind and helpful the lady who prepared the house was. We met her just as she finished cleaning, and she took the time to show us everything and make sure we were comfortable. A truly lovely British hostess! We absolutely recommend it and would gladly stay again.

Could not fault this property or the hosts at all. A stunning little apartment with everything you need. A complete mini home with fully stocked (utensils and appliances) kitchen, with the bits and bobs you always forget - cooking oil and seasoning!
