I had a great stay in the small town of Annot. Unfortunately I only was able to communicate with the owner in written (text messages) but everything went extremely good. I got the door code and found the room key easily. The rooms is lovely and you see that the owner cares about how everyhting looks like. For that price the room was also very big and the couch was perfect for the rainy afternoon that I had after the hike to the big sandstones (Gres d'Annot). There is not much to do in the town and the restaurant options are limited but it is definitely worth to stay for one or two nights and do the hike. The house is on the main road through the town but it was still not loud.

Comfortable clean and very helpful host. This place is fully loaded with everything you could ever need. Sheets towels lovely shower and bath TVs everywhere and underfloor heating! The host is there whenever you need and extremely helpful.

This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge.

Wonderful, quirky, charming house. It's at the top of beautiful Castellane so the highest floor has an incredible view of the roof tops. Park for free at St Michel car park. If you need to drop off bags, approach from the new church, not St Michel side. Google.maps sent me that way and took me a painful half HR to reverse out! Make sure you walk the Castellane loop to the top of Le Roc.

We loved being inside the old city and wandering the narrow alleyways. The apartment was fantastic and had all we needed. People staying need to know there are winding stairs to the apartment and no lift. Sophie was an excellent host

This was our first time staying in a caravan, and it was fantastic! We were allowed to park our motorcycles in the shade under the awning. The host is so very hospitable; you are welcomed like a friend! This caravan is thoughtfully and luxuriously furnished, and the beds are of the highest quality. We used the shared outdoor shower, and it was spotless clean. The extremely generous host provided various hair shampoos and shower gels, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Very unusual! The outdoor kitchen is perfectly equipped; nothing is missing. You could even cook more elaborate meals here. We spent a long evening sitting in front of the caravan on the comfortable garden furniture and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Next time we'll stay longer!
