Our stay at Rixos Ultra Seagate was absolutely amazing and truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention to Valeria, our guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to attend to all our requests and needs with such warmth and professionalism. Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. From the amazingly friendly welcome we received by the management and reception staff on arrival to the continuously polite and professional close attention paid to us by every one of the staff during our stay, the attitude of everyone working there cannot be faulted in any way. The room we booked, with its own splash-pool and sunbeds, was fabulous - so spacious what with the big bedroom, separate lounge, beautiful bathroom with a wonderful shower-room and a lovely terrace with a good sea view. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and the free mini-bar was appreciated. The food in the main restaurant provided us with plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner and it was nice to spend one of the evenings at the hotel's Italian restaurant. The excellent trolley-bus service bringing guests back up from the beach area operated every few minutes and with no queuing. It was also very nice to be able to take a reasonably-priced taxi from the hotel to the Old Market, Soho Square, Naama Center etc, all offering some great evening shopping in a safe and controlled environment.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff was so kind and take care of their customer. Mr. Ibrahim at reception was so kind and taking care of all of our problems, special thanks to him. Relax pool at the hotel was also so wonderful, bartender and waiters were so nice big smiley faces. Our room was clean and we had all the things we need inside the room. And we were came early due to our flight they let us do early check-in. What can I say more? We will defined think to come here for our next vacation.

This was an amazing resort with a beautiful view and lovely landscaping. Room was modern spacious and with all the amenities. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Restaurants were great 👍 All the staff was very efficient and curtyest. it was a great stay we extremely enjoyed 😉 ❤️
