Great hotel with great facilities that, unfortunately, we did not use. Pleasant hotel, close to the city center and airport. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. We used the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel and for 5$ from the hotel to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended

The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

The hotel had really friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious. The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed and pillows.

Great hotel to stay in Guayaquil! It is in the middle of everything you might want to visit in a short time. Staff is very kind and helpfull, and provided us with free and safe airport transpotation. Breakfast from Restaurant with view was delicious and drinks at the rooftop bar with pool were good 👍

Great location 5 minutes fro Bus terminal or Airport, Many local buses to go to Downtown. Clean, Great staff very helpful. Lucy and Sylvia were great helpful knowledgeable on how to get anywhere, get cabs, where to go shopping or to go to eat. Good Kitchen, stove, plates, Pans , coffee pot.
