I stayed at Hotel Saxkjøbing for a night and was genuinely impressed. The building itself is beautiful, full of history and atmosphere, with lovely old details that make it feel very special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s not a luxury hotel, but everything feels genuine. The restaurant is definitely worth visiting for dinner too. The food is simple but beautifully prepared and based on local ingredients I've been told. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant and authentic hotel experiences I’ve had in Denmark. If you enjoy historical buildings, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere, Hotel Saxkjøbing is absolutely worth a visit.

Cute and cosy home in the very center of Maribo. Everything is walking distance. Supermarket 5 minutes walking. All kitchen utensils, chinaware and cutlery available. Efficient self check-in/out. Nice patio/garden for those who like fresh air. Very calm location. Very responsive owner. Exceptionally clean and very warm.

Amazingly cosy little B&B in a quiet coastal town. Super-hospitable host, who accomodated our wish to check in late at night. Absolutely everything😍. Was a great experience: The hotel was unique and the best option in the area, extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. It is ideal to go with the family and has many games to play inside. And the breakfast was so yummy and has things for all the tastes. Ronny was so nice we felt really welcomed and Lori (Maianela) you must meet her at the reception is the gem in the hotel, sweet, full of smile she showed us the old factory today part of the hotel.
