Adult couple, June 2025. Everything was very clean and spacious. Friendly receptionist, and the environment around the hotel is exceptional. We walked for an hour around the premises and really enjoyed all the animals. The birds vere the best! We can definitely recommend the hotel.

Although it is near the train station, you can't hear the noise. The room is quiet and well-decorated. The staff are super nice and friendly. They offered a lot of help and convenience for me. I appreciate it.

Polite and helpful personell. Room was tidy, clean, spacious, cleaned every day, nice bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, nice lights in the room. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of food, tasty and enough. Very nice spa with the pool (which we like warmer, but for swimming is fine). Enough parking places in front of the hotel. Bad Sassendorf is a beautiful little town, with phenomenal therme and park.
