3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

Offering massage services and garden view, Pension Nataliya is set in Ostrov, 15 km from Fichtelberg and 17 km from Hot Spring.

The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Very nice surprise this hotel. A welcome and goodbuy gift, nice clean and big rooms. But food was spectacular!

Very comfortable apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very high ceilings create a sense of space and freedom. Large windows in human height. Very nice shower. There is everything you need for cooking.
