This place is a perfect base for doing hikes in Paul Valley because the hotel is located on the trails, so you don’t need transportation, you can just start your hike after breakfast. José and Belén are super helpful, they have several good recommendations about hikes nearby. The staff is also amazing and they prepared super delicious breakfast and dinner. The peaceful, slow-life atmospheare of this place was really special. Wish we could have stayed longer. Abslutely recommended

My friend and I had the most amazing stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and clean and the view is amazing. The staff however is what made this stay unforgettable! They are so kind and made us feel extremely comfortable. My friend was sick and they really took care of her, which we appreciated so much. One of the staff members took me on the most beautiful hike, as I didn’t want to do it only because my friend was too sick. Really an experience of a life time and we will definitely come back! The Oasis was very appropriately named, tucked away in a garden of papaya trees and lush vegetation. The location was excellent for hiking on the mountain trails. There was car parking close by in the town square. The rooms were comfortable and spacious each with a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was delicious with fresh papaya each morning, home-made cake and plenty of coffee. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, sorting out transport for us to return to the ferry when we left and serving our breakfast early.

Vitor is a lovely host, who will make you feel at home and will make you the best breakfast ever. Big plus if you like cats because he has 10 of them. Misurino is in the village of Paúl in a good location after you finish the hike of Cova do Paúl.
