The lodge is beautiful, set in the hills next to a rain forest. My room reminded me of log cabin but with a modern bath room. I loved sitting on my balcony with the beautiful landscaping of trees & flower plants. I would awake to see the sheep grazing on the hills. You can walk into a little forest to a running creek, very cool. All of the staff are wonderful, and the owner Ruben is great & very helpful letting me know all of the things to do in the area. And the breakfast & dinners are very good, they have an awesome chef. I will definitely be back to stay here again!!

The room is spacious and very Cozy, The staff is very friendly and helpful, It is also an excellent option to rest before traveling to the Caribbean in Costa Rica or when you return. Location was excellent, beautiful views, great staff. Close to many walks and forest areas. Bed was comfortable room was a good size, had a balcony with fireplace but the wood was damp so it didn't burn well. We had booked 3 nights left after 2 and the owner was very accommodating
