A perfect ending to a three week journey in Costa Rica. We slept at so many different places west side, south side, mountain area that was told to be beautiful like paradise, but most of them were noisy, lacking hot water, many ants, swimming pool not clean enough, neighbours too close, walls too thin, etc.etc... But this place is really the IT place. Spacious, totally silent, zero sound of running cars, neighbouring houses far away, so no sound of neighbours talking, beautifully clean swimming pool, no smell of mold, hot water, working mosquito nets, super clean apartment, comfy bed, amazingly equipped kitchen, sharp knives. Finally a place to rest, enjoy and sleep peacefully without earplugs and the windows wide open. This is really a 10/10 and whoever says otherwise really cannot be satisfied with anything in my view!

Everybody was very kind and they gave us lots of recommendations of things to do. I forgot my rings in the room and they kindly saved them for me until I returned to picked them up. They also reply very quickly to messages sent on booking and offer to text you on whatsapp.

A lovely little house in a quite suburb about 10-15 mins walk along the black beach to town. The house had everything we needed (including proper oven) and a lovely small garden with hammock. The owners had put a lot of love into making this small house really welcoming, and Mar was a lovely and helpful host. There is a small supermarket 2 mins away. It was nice to be out of the hussle and bussle of the main town. We hired bikes and that helped make the trip in easier and also enabled us to get to the beaches further south. Would recommend this house.

A very warm welcome to a beautiful place. Perfect start for our trip. Kim is such a beautiful soul along with her Mom and the doggies. The breakfast was also lovely.

This is simply the best stay in Costa Rica so far. Welcomed by a lovely couple who helps you with everything. We stayed in the holiday home, which gives you the ultimate " cabin in the wood" experience. We woke up with monkey sounds and the BEST breakfast!! Highly recommend to book here !
