We were 2 adults 2 kids in a family room which was so convenient with 4 beds in 2 separate rooms and a small living area. It was very spacious. Its is just on the lake, Beautiful views from the small balcony and windows. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful, they drove us with our luggage to the train station at check-in and check out.

Staff went beyond to meet our dietary needs, very helpful. Laundry service was affordable unlike rest of the Swiss
Room is also very nice, kids loved going upstairs and sleeping

Lovely family hotel near the lake. We had a very spacious room with seating area and a view towards the village of Brienz and mountains. We had dinner in the restaurant which was great with generous portions at standard Swiss prices (for us Kiwis very expensive). Good shower, very comfy beds. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

The staff and the owner! very nice. they had an area also for toddler and children to play. Room we had was great. It had a terrace and had the view of the alps.
