Turnau is a very small village, so if you want peace and quiet, this is a perfect place. The little cottage we had was perfect, cozy, comfortable and warm, but it was equipped with everything needed (coffee machine, tv, fridge, cooking appliances). The whole inn had quite a traditional vibe, which I really liked, because I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is continental (so pastries and hams + soft boiled eggs) and it was really delicious. Everything was perfect!

The rooms are very nicely prepared - we had a two-story room with a spacious bathroom incl whirlpool. Eating at the Roanwirt is also really nice (typical Austrian cuisine). The sauna area is not the biggest, but it was never crowded. The staff are tremendously forthcoming and friendly. In the area, you can hike up to Pogusch and have amazing views of the mountains.

This accomodation has a large parking space. The building is a traditional Austrian one, which was beautifully renovated. The room was big, the bathroom was modern and clean. There was perfect silence during the night. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and was served from 06:00.

Nice location in a peaceful village with beautiful views. Very friendly host who communicates also in good English. Apartments are comfortable and everything is nicely clean. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was perfect, spacious and sophisticated. The furniture was brand new. It is completely soundproofed (we didn't even hear the trains passing nearby). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, high-quality ingredients were used. One thing was interesting: you could see through the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom (it was glass), which can be interesting for non-couples.

10/10 – Simply perfect! I had a wonderful stay and can only recommend this apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe from the very first moment. The place is modern, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Everything has been thought of, from excellent amenities to thoughtful small details, including snacks, drinks, coffee, and even personal care items for women, which made my stay extra convenient and enjoyable. Communication was outstanding: quick, friendly, and effortless. Check-in was smooth and perfectly organized. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything you might need. We stayed one night and the apartment had all we needed (a couple of bigger tea cups would be nice though! ;-) ). Parking just outside the block. more spots nearby. Not too big but a nice twin-bedroom and a collapsible sofa bed in the living room very enough for a family of four. We made our own breakfast with capsule coffee machine and capsules provided. This together with some free goodies in the fridge were a very nice surprise. Key pickup and check-in very easy. All info provide by the owner. We would happily come back & stay again.
