Our stay at Monschein Weingut Straden was absolutely wonderful, and we already look forward to returning! The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. In the evening, they offered us a personal tour of the winery, sharing their story and passion for winemaking — a truly special and memorable experience. The wine was outstanding, and we couldn’t leave without taking some bottles home. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and everything about this place felt genuine and full of heart. What makes this stay exceptional is the unique story behind the winery and the dedication of the owners. It’s a peaceful, authentic place that allows for complete disconnection. Didn’t expect anything as we only needed a place to stay on our way home from Croatia to Sweden but this was a hidden gem! Lovely renovated rooms, wonderful staff and great food! Parking right outside the door and great views over the corn field! We will be back!
