Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

A fantastic place to stay in Yerevan 🇦🇲 Arthur and his family are very welcoming and are available 24/7 to make your holiday even more special ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location is perfect. There is a 24 hour SAS supermarket nearby which gives you the best exchange rate. A 5 minute walk takes you to a Yerevan city supermarket which is the best for shopping 🛒 The metro is close by and within ten minutes takes you to the centre 😃😃😃😃😃 Or you can use the wonderful GG taxi app which only costs €2 to take you to the centre or €6 to the airport 👍👍👍👍👍 The WiFi is super fast 💻💻💻💻💻 In the kitchen there is free coffee and water ☕🥤 For food I recommend the restaurant Lavash. We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!
