I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staffs Gregor, Saternik, Garnik, Vahan are amazing hosts. Was originally booked in a Double room with balcony for 3 nights. Stayed in the original room for my 1st night and on my 2nd, realized that my shower is blocked. Saternik stepped in and upgraded my room to the bigger room with bath tub for the rest of my stay. Extended 2 more nights with them and Vahan kept me in the big room with the same price as the original room! I wanted to stay longer with them but they are fully booked for the rest of the days im staying in yerevan 🥲 (new years). Property is in an excellent location in a really nice street. Everything is in walking distance and I would absolutely stay with them again whenever I come back to yerevan in the future. Very highly recommended. 👍👍👍
