I would like to strongly recommend this place for short and longer visits. The personnel is competent, responsive and very kind - especially at the reception desk, restaurant and the health centre as well as the cleaning service which is efficient and very responsive. Everyone was eager and willing to meet our needs and expectations in a best possible way. The edifice dates back to 1954 - hence its solidity, beauty and spaciousness and is well maintained and kept in perfect cleanliness. Meals are very tasty and abundant enough.

I'd stayed previously in another, more expensive, hotel in Jermuk, which I enjoyed but, WOW, this one was amazing. The entire venue looks swish and new, and my room was warm and comfy with superb WiFi and a huge SmartTV. The room was well stocked daily with both still and sparkling water. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options. I'd booked fully inclusive as I knew Jermuk had little in the way of restaurants. OMG. Dinner was an absolute and utter feast. I felt guilty every night that I left so much of the amazing food they brought. There was a plethora of salad options, along with several meats and cheeses, a selection of fruits, plus several cooked items and heaps of bread, butter and other items along with a carafe of compote and several bottles of water. The staff speak a little English, and I speak no Armenian or Russian, but that wasn't an issue. The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. The room has lots of sockets, including different USB ports. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed (I've been on the road for nearly 10 years) that has USB-C ports as well as USB-A. I booked the hotel as I had a lot of work to do and wanted somewhere quiet for a few days. This hotel was perfect! I stayed in my room for most of the day, working, relaxing and watching TV. It was a great break from all my usual hectic travels.

Amazing location — right next to beautiful sights and hiking trails! Every neighbor we met was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The house has everything you need for cooking, plus lots of beds and sofas, which makes it perfect for families or groups of up to six. We especially loved the peaceful setting and the sounds of nature around the property. We greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude towards our dog!

Perfect location, good value for money. The flat is equipped with all necessary stuff. Overall its a classic soviet style flat, the mattresses are filled with wool, might not be very comfortable for inexperienced. The location is very central and hosts are lovely.

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

Polite and attentive staff, very nice room, super clean and comfortable. Also, I have been contacted in advance and informed that food court wasn’t working on holidays. It wasn’t an issue for me but I appreciated the gesture.
