Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!

Very nice location, right next to the monastry. The host family is really lovely, they made an excellent dinner and proper breakfast. Thanks to the lovely host, her man and daughter who made our stay perfect.

Mary has been the most gracious host: she welcomed us in her home with warmth and kindness and treated us as family. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast with her, and we can’t wait to come back to Armenia to visit her again.

Mary and her mother are wonderful hosts! I felt just like a part of the family. I fell ill during my stay, and they did everything they could to help me recover and feel better. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat (and some lovely piano music) then book with Mary!

Comfortable room with a nice big terrace. But what was really great about our stay was Mary herself and also her mom. They prepared amazing breakfast for us, we had pleasant conversations and learnt a lot about Armenia. Mary welcomed us as if we were family friends and took care that we felt at home. Super host!
