We had a great experience at Hotel Vale. The location is excellent, and the rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Ahead of our trip, Redi and the team were incredibly responsive – they answered our emails promptly and helpfully, even sharing a list of local restaurants and attractions. On the day we arrived, they stayed in touch to confirm our arrival time and offered helpful guidance on parking, which made things so much easier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast which you could enjoy on some tables out the front. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless. We really loved our time in Sarandë, and Hotel Vale played a big part in making the trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful boutique hotel, exceptional location in the center, very clean and comfortable. Great staff, Donald at reception is my favorite hero, real concierge who could arrange anything you want and need. Definitely best place to stay!
