Pool access was mind blowing, all the staff's at the hotel were polite and easy accessible. All facilities provided by Western Hotel or amazing Overall must visit with family or friends to make enjoyable memories

Locations, relaxing atmosphere, friendliness of staff. Kids facilities, pool and quad bikes was all amazing. Gym was fantastic.

location is good, rooms are big nice and spacious overall vibe of the resort is nice. Treasure hunt was conducted for kids which they enjoyed a lot. Dinner buffet had good music and dance performance, it was a fun experience.

Amazing setting in the desert, very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful, the pool is great overlooking the desert. Quad ride is good fun for up to one hour. Don't expect long rides as they are not doable and are almost impossible because large dunes will only sink the quad in sand. The town is not far and has some good restaurants. The drive from Abu Dhabi and back is fast and pleasant with very little traffic. Our room was upgraded to pool view which was great because it has a wonderful balcony

Fantastic, peaceful location, great for families and friendly attentive staff. Could have been someone on duty at the pool bar from early in the day, but apart from that service was excellent

We booked it for our 7th anniversary. The hotel staff arranged a small cake and decoration which was complimentary. Staffs were quite good. Pool was good. There was a small kids play area. My daughter liked it. We enjoyed the belly dance. The breakfast was really nice. Good ambience. Overall a nice trip.

Two years ago, I went to the hotel, and I posted a negative review because at that time the hotel was not pet friendly, but now it is. I found the extra charge overpriced for my little dog but, at least I can share with my family, friends and my dog a nice time all together. The whole staff of food and beverage and Cherry at the reception were very helpful, kind and gave us a nice experience. Well done, this is a place to come again.
