Helpful, friendly staff. Perfect brekky. Delicious afternoon cake, afternoon drinks (not free) very good. Attention to detail evident everywhere, as was true customer focus. Decor is a pleasant mix of industrial and garden. We had a divine city/waterfront view, partially, ideally, screened by lovely trees.

This place is amazing. This luxurious place that has been owned by a senior caption, is very nicely decorated and well managed. All the staff members are genuinely friendly, helpful and warm-hearted. The staff is very friendly and kind. They give good advices about where to go and what to do. The room is huge and comfortable, and the garden with the pool and breakfast quite cute. The guide the staff booked for our trip around the Cape was also amazing! A lovely place to stay :)
