Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. Location was excellent, not busy as it’s quite small really lovely dining room on the beach and all staff know you personally, we will go back .

We stayed here for 4 nights. There is nothing to complain about. Staff super attentive, their recommendations were always spot on and never seized to amaze us. The room was amazing, bathroom huge, yes it has a slight opening in the ceiling to the outside so expect a few geckos but that is part of the magic of this place. The infinity pool is quite good as well, great view to the beach and to the sunset. Drinks at the restaurant are top. Breakfast has a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese food. Unfortunately Phu Quoc has a problem with garbage disposal to the sea so expect to find plastic on the beach. They have two divers every morning cleaning up the beach and sea front but the plastic just keeps coming throughout the day. Can't fault anything in this hotel. Would definitely come back

This place is a hidden oasis - close to all the hot spots but tucked in a quiet street so you don't hear any noise. Beautiful garden with palms and swimming pool and a very attentive and kind owner. Great value for money.
