Everything was exceptional, the staff very sweet and helpful. The rooms clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was quite a variety of items. The restaurant provides very good food at good prices too.

We finished out 6 week trip though Vietnam here and are so glad that we did. We loved everything about Kiki Coconut. It was so peaceful and a real palm tree beach location. With only four bungalows we had the full attention of Jamie and his wonderful staff. The food here was the best that we had across Vietnam and the bar well stocked.
Our room was large and clean. The bed comfortable and aircon welcome.
A real bonus find on the quiet side of the island. Perfect to kick back and relax.

The room is spacious. Staff is polite. Aline, the resort owner is very hospitable. She helped to arrange for our airport transfer at VND350,000 one way (pay driver directly).
This is the only resort that I stayed in Phu Quoc that I can watch TV (YouTube was a plus).
We did not use the bicycles but you may want to know the bicycles are available and free of charge to use.

The Pier Phu Quoc Resort is awesome! The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

Great place for a bit of r&r on the quiet and mostly in developed side of the island which was exactly what we wanted for our 3 night stay. Really good communication and everything ran like clockwork from the taxi to bike hire (which is a must for this property).

The food throughout the stay was delicious. I have enjoyed a variety of dishes and all of them were worth the wait.
