I liked how it was away from busy places but an easy on demand shuttle to Sao beach. Room was good size and pool was huge. Cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and bottled water.

A really nice hotel, free cable car!
We had a birthday and the staff left a cute birthday message on the bed. Fireworks looks great from our sea-facing balcony, and the whole hotel smells nice. I really liked the many wall paintings adorning the lobby and restaurant. Great theming throughout the hotel and the staff are all so friendly. All the them are very proactive and some of them speak great English. The free buggy service around sunset town was easy to use and really convenient.
The spa was very good as well. We enjoyed it a lot.
Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area. Hope to come back again!

Welcome to Lamark University! Amazing and unique hotel with a university theme in which all customers are considered as students. When we arrived at the hotel, it felt as if we had been transported to another time and place. The staff was kind and communicative, and they assisted me with planning a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, including room decorations and dinner. The hotel room was spacious, well designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pools are stunning, especially the main one in the shape of a pearl. There was a wide selection of breakfast options available, as well as a live cooking station. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've been to.

Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town:
Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis).
Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Hotel is located in great position, two minutes walk to beach. There is many restaurant in around. You can also walk to nearest city to shop in supermarkets (15min walk). 20minutes to airport, 10minutes to cablecar by car.
Breakfast was great, best value for money, variable every day with many choices.
Room is clean, comfortable. Every day personal clean your room, change towels (you got also beach towel) and refill drinking water.
