Beautiful place, in a small street, close to the old town, but at the same time quiet and intimate. Mr. Hai is an amazing host, he really cares about his guests, he gave us many tips for sightseeing and very good recommendations, and he also rented a scooter at a good price to explore the beautiful surroundings. We also took advantage of the transfer to the Da Nang Railway Station organized by Mr. Hai, everything was perfect on time and in comfortable conditions.The rooms are very large, perfectly clean and have everything you need during your stay. You will feel at home. 😀

Everything was beyond what I expected. We were greeted warmly with a cup of tea and some coconut crispy chips by Emily. She explained everything that we needed to know about traveling in Hoi An. She also helped us book tours and show tickets, which had made our trip so easy and worthwhile. I cannot express how grateful I am to her and Nancy, who also made breakfast for us. I was also impressed by the artefacts and decoration of Kaia Gallery Hotel Hoi An. It is calm and elegant. Our room was also well-arranged and full of good surprises.

This was the best homestay I have ever been to! The room is super clean & spacious. However, the best about this place is the host! She was so kind & lovely & made my stay so special.
