What a beautiful experience for us! We stayed in Ems house for two nights, we have a very nice and clean room. The hotel is very well equiped. What was unforgetable is the owner - she is very nice and kind person, always ready to help, always with smile and really warm welcome. The hotel location is amazing, close to all facilities and everything. We will definitely come back. Fully recommended 10/10 :) thank you Em and your colleagues :) wish you all the best! We had such a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Heritage Hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by the staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s central location made it so convenient to visit all the highlights of Hoi An, yet it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to rest peacefully. I especially want to mention An and Spring at the reception—they were absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly, and always ready to help, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was giving us great tips about exploring Hoi An or simply greeting us with warm smiles every day, they truly made our stay memorable. Hoi An itself is such a hidden gem. The town, its people, and the culture are so special that we honestly regret not staying longer. Every moment felt magical, and we know we’ll be back to experience more.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in Vietnam! The staff is amazing. They help you with everything and make you feel welcome. They seem to enjoy what they are doing. The room is clean and comfortable. Cleaned every day if you wish. Breakfast is included and you can choose a couple of choices. The location is perfect if you want to explore the old town. When I arrived they gave me a good amount of information about how everything works. It was the best introduction I have had in so long time.

Staff really helpful, very kind and efficient. A lot of informations provided right at our arrival. Staff very arranging for check in in case of early arrival. Very quiet place at 5mn on foot of the very center of the old town. Possibility to rent bikes.
