We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture!
The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The property is lovely, and the staff made our stay truly special with their friendliness and warm hospitality. The location is ideal—just a few corners away from the bustling downtown area. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy the convenience of being close to the downtown while staying in a quieter, more peaceful setting away from the noise.
The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed—helping us rent a motorbike and even offering to pack breakfast for our early departure. Little gestures like these make so much difference.
The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms, all necessary amenities and our room had a balcony. The breakfast was good, banana pancakes were the best. :)

From the moment we checked in we felt appreciated and warmly welcomed. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave us lots of tips on what to do/see, which tailors to use etc. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, such good value! We enjoyed the pool and gym, and absolutely love the fact that they lend out free bicycles! Best way to get around Hoi An! Breakfast was very good and varied. They had something for everyone. I especially enjoyed starting the day with noodle soup! I might swap my usual Scandinavian breakfast for this when I return home. Hotel is close to the town, about 5 min bicycle ride, and not too far from the beach. The ride out to the beach is beautiful too, you go through a rice field where you can see water buffalows and cows :) If you decide to go to the beach borrowing beach towels is no problem. We had an early morning departure, so they packed breakfast to go for us. We loved every minute of our stay! Would definitely stay there again if we go back. Thank you so much! <3

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you.
Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went.
We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done.
The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items.
We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome.
My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday!
Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!
