We originally booked a hotel in Hoi An ancient town but switched to be closer to the beach when this hotel offer got our attention. Glad we did! The first night was a little of a nightmare, but not the hotel's fault. We requested a quiet room and normally, the rooms facing the river/pool side are generally quieter. However, our room was surrounded by families with kids and they were loud and banged on their doors all the time. From the 5th floor, we could hear them loud and clear when they're in the pool as well. There was also a dog who would bark late at night and early in the morning so we couldn't sleep at all. The front desk was kind enough to switch our room to the highest floor facing the road and the ocean. The street noise was more bearable than screaming kids and barking dogs so we were happy with the room.
Our stay was great onwards. Breakfast was good, the service was awesome and everyone was eager to please. We used the free shuttle to Hoi An town and took Grab taxi back in the evening. The hotel also provided beach towels and access to Silk Beach Club across the street. The spa offers free steam and dry sauna which I used a few times and their massages were awesome. Anna was great at spot-treating my sore muscles and Jennie was great with overall relaxation. Highly recommend this hotel for their friendly and service-minded staff!

Everything at the place was nice, but atmost was the kindness of host. Thui made all our wishes came true. The location is great, proximity of see, the resaurants, bars, old town. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the pool in the evenings.

I really liked the location (right next to the beach), the silence and the service (owners attitude towards guests). They give me a free bicycle for a trip to Hoi An. Also possible to rent a bike. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, as well as a large menu for lunch or dinner. Food and cocktails are brought to a sunbed on the beach. The hotel is new, everything is clean 👌

Wonderful, attentive staff, one immediately feels like at family home! Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice even for young, picky eaters. Spacious and clean rooms, relaxing pool, nice nail services. They have helped us organize trips and tailor visits - also worth recommending. Beach across the street, clean, long and sandy, shallow waters ideal for children. Good food options nearby and not too far from historical old town. My family loved this place!

1- As soon as I booked on Booking.com, I got a whatsapp message from Linh and right till we stayed at the property, she guided us with the hotel, taxi from airport to hotel, shops to buy from at the Ancient Town, places to eat at (we had a late night flight into Hoi An). Thanks Linh for making our visit so seamless!
2- This hotel is beautiful! Such a dream to stay at. Please, please do stay here when you visit Hoi An. Apart from that, its a 30 second walk to a beautiful beach (An Bang beach) . Along the way, there are tons of cafes if you want to only eat there and not go to the Ancient Town.
3- Its only a 100 Vietnamese Dong to reach the town by taxi/ 10 mins which is what we did every evening after spending the day at the beach.
