Very nice hotel right across the river from the old city. The staff is outstanding and always there with a kind word and help as needed. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices each day. From our balcony we could see the lantern boats each night. The shuttle to the private beach was nice and having the sun loungers there was a nice way to spend an afternoon. All in all a great place to stay and see the old town.

The homestay was located in very central area and safe neighbourhood near Hoi An ancient town. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and they made us feel at home. Breakfast was very very good. Room was clean with good sized bathroom and well-equipped facilities. Highly recommend the place for future guests

On our recent stay here, we were pleasantly surprised by the personal attention we received. An F&B staff member came to our breakfast table to ask if there was anything that would make our stay better. We fedback that the air-conditioning wasn't cold enough given the recent heatwave and I had 2 requests for housekeeping. She repeated & clarified my feedback & requests saying she wanted to correctly communicate it to her colleagues concerned. Their staff took prompt action to service the air-conditioner while we were out so that we would not be inconvenienced and it was very effective. My requests to housekeeping were obliged throughout our stay. All the staff were very attentive, polite, friendly and always took initiative to engage us to make our stay so comfortable.
