Only spending the night passing from Da Nẵng to Ninh Ninh Binh, we figured this place was near night market and beer corner so we could take a quick look around Hanoi without hustle and be ready for out shuttle the next morning. We got room 301, It was a comfortable room, very clean and quiet, all you need for a good night of rest.

One of the best guesthouses I've stayed in this year. The staff are fluent in English and very kind. Clean bed, hot shower, laundry services, luggage keeping service even after checking out, happy hour with free cups of bia, and located in the Old Quarter. I'd recommend this guesthouse if you're traveling alone in Hanoi or with your friends.

From the reception, how we were received and till we left, the staff were absolutely fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was varied. Provided affordable driver to take us to where we wanted and also drop us at the airport. The spa was divine, they went above and beyond to ensure I had my massage before I left for the airport.
Particular mention is Grace, the sales lady, absolutely gem. She sure knows how to give a good bargain.

Excellent location. The hotel is pleasant, the dining room is charming and the meals are good. There is also a cool bar on the roof. But what really makes this hotel special is the service and kindness of the staff. We were in contact with Ryan and Liam from the hotel staff, weeks before we arrived, through WhatsApp conversations, and through them we arranged various transportation (to Tam coc and Halong Bay), also a cruise that included accommodation. Everything was exellant and worked great. The payment was collected only when we arrived at the hotel. They were kind and helpful, in an unusual manner.
The quality of the hotel is unique and is mainly due to its professional service personnel.
