We spent four nights here and were completely satisfied with everything. Special mention should be made of the kindness and attentiveness of the employees here. Quick check-in and check-out, excellent location, well-equipped room with everything and cleanliness. Ample breakfast, delicious dinner in the restaurant and a great bar on the roof.

Its a small hotel, a bit hidden in a market street. Our room was quite big, not noisy at all and comfortable. The staff is awesome, really helpful and speaks english fluently.

Good location, comfortable hotel and amazing staff. The manager Lana was always very accessible and responsive via Whatsapp and helped us plan our trip. Lana and the other hotel staff takes customer service at heart and treat you as a valuable guest. Good variety at breakfast which starts as from 6.30am, so very practical when leaving for early morning tours. You cannot go wrong with this boutique hotel with personalised service.

Our family had great time at E Central luxury hotel, ms Rosa arranged all my trip in Vietnam, Halong bay with Dragon bay 5 star cruise, Sapa, ninhbinh, trains, flight, motorcycle tour, banna hill, mekong tours…with 20% discount than Online booking. All service was excellent and great service. My children loved so much Family room , so beautiful and quiet, delicious breakfast, all staffs friendly and courteous.. Wow. What can I say. Perfectly located hotel in the old quarter. Really nice rooms. We had a internal room which was good because it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was nice enough . But most of all a special mention to Grace and all the staff. 5 star service and made us feel so welcome.They organised our cruise to Halong Bay, which was special
