The Staff from the manager Dinh Lee to everyone we came across was so lovely and keen on helping. The location is great, super central and close to the main attractions either walking or by taxi. Room and bed was comfy and had quite few storage space. Generally, we loved our stay!

The hotel situated in Mã Mây, which I considers the best street to be staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tạ Hiện, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Parking for scooters is within 5 mins walking. In comparison with other streets in the Old Quarter, it is less noisy and busy. It is also opposite to the monument Old House. Many great restaurants are nearby. The services at the hotel was also exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, professional and available 24/7. Got helped with our luggages and many personal needs. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever want to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter again.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we were so happy to stay there. So lucky to find there. Location, staff, breakfast, room condition... Everything was so nice! If we visit Hanoi again, absolutely will stay again. Highly recommend this hotel!
