The room was to our liking and matched the photos on the booking. It was spacious, clean and the private terrace overlooking the busy street made all our evenings richer. But what is important to highlight is that we have never seen nicer, more helpful and wonderful people at the reception. Specially Kelly acts like a family friend and treats you like her own. Thank you very much for a very pleasant days in Hanoi. We highly recommend and if we ever return to Hanoi, we would love to go back to Bella Rosa.

The property is well maintained and situated close to most of the best Hanoi tourist spots. It’s a crowded locality but still clean and acceptable for people seeking fun with comfort stay and top quality cleanliness. You can request for any services within their boundaries and they are ready help with a smile. The Halong Bay tour suggested by the team was awesome and my family enjoyed it thoroughly.

Amazing apartment. Loved the balcony. Could sit outside and hear the hum of the old quarter whilst the kids slept. Amenities were amazing, decor was lovely and on trend. Host was great. Can get noisy but there are ear buds provided if you need. Snack bar was is a nice touch
