It was perfect. Everything was new. The personnel was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The daily included drinks were a nice start to the day. The location was also great, away from the busy centre but still enough restaurants and things to see :)

Walking distance from Hanoi Old Quarter and Thăng Long Citadel / Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Studio/room was really comfortable: modern bed(room), bathroom (best shower of our Vietnam-trip), and kitchenette (altough I wonder who would use it with so many great eateries nearby).
Accommodation does not include breakfast. However, if you walk eastward, there are plenty food stalls with banh mi, pho or bun cha.
Great service! Always quick respons via Whatsapp. And we were very happy to be able to check-in at 4 AM, after arriving with a nightbus.
Would definately recommend and visit again!
