The room was spacious and comfortable with amazing views both to the city and the lake. Great facilities, I loved the gym and the basketball court and after some workout both the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The locker room and small grocery store on the 7th floor were a big plus. Its a huge hotel, so of course the service is not going to be as personal as in a boutique hotel, but in my experience all staff members were very kind and helpful, always smiling. I choose Lotte Hotel to relax a bit at the end of my Vietnam trip and it was perfect for that.

Receptionist desk very helpfull There was a lady who updated our room because we could not Place our suitcases properly. Also the there was a receptionist I forgot his name he was goingbto Germany he told us. He was extremaly Nice and helpfull.
And than in the restaurant Nicole she was the best of the best.
