We had an excellent stay at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic—very diverse, with a great selection at the buffet, and the option to order eggs or pancakes from the menu was a nice touch.
The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The residence was at a great location about 1-2km away from the Old Quarter, so you're close to the city centre but also at a peaceful distance by the lake, really nice cafe's and a convenience store at the end of the street. All the staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Phong, Ariel and Celina! The staff is always happy to answer your questions and arrange cars and tours for you to nearby cities as well. The residence was extremely clean and safe. Would definetely recommend

Helped us also to get lost item from other hotel in Sapa.
They also agreed due to early arrival time to use swimming pool and spa and to switch breakfast from day of early departure to the day of early arrival. Very great!

Fast and easy check-in with clear instructions. Clean, bright, and everything worked perfectly. We walked to the famous train street and back easily. Took a day trip to Ninh Binh after staying here.

Best place I stayed during my three weeks in Vietnam. The apartment has plenty of space, is comfortable, plenty of light, and having a fridge and washing machine in the apartment was very handy. The woman who cleaned the apartment was lovely. Neighbourhood isnt the most interesting but you still have supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️
