Everything was perfect! The communication with the host was excellent and the response was always very quick. We loved how beautiful was the place, located in such an emblematic building.
They left everything you might need and more!
Even an adaptor in case you need one.
Honestly, we loved everything in there. The property is very nicely taken care of, and the Palacio Salvo is truly very central in Montevideo. Easy access, and easy check-in and out. Would definitely recommend it.

The location was great, quite close to the Placa del Indepencia and old town. Lorena was great host, speaking very good English, very helpful, advising many things. Beds was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom was big enough and clean. Several supermarkets in neighborhood. There is a guard at the basement floor, so the appartment is very safe. Avenida 18 Julio is quite close. It and surrounding streets are very alive in the evening. We arrived from Tres Cruces bus terminal and used bus 143 (quite close to the appartment). Hint: later we found it was not very regular (30 min), so we found much better bus 180 in Av 18 Julio. Generally we really enjoyed our 3 days stay in Montevideo.

It's fairly close to the main tourist attractions (pl. Independiencia)
Due to a flight cancellation we didn't manage to get the full stay and they gave us some of our money back even though it was a non-refundable stay.
