The older gentleman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming, or accommodating - even arranging for me to stay in the room reportedly favoured by Kurt Cobain after sharing with him the purpose of my trip
On check-out day, my flight was delayed by six hours, and I needed a late check-out. A different staff member was on the front desk, but just as helpful — he let me stay until the “best case scenario” time I’d requested, for a very minimal fee given the extra hours.
Even on busy nights, parking was always available.

The staff and service were amazing, special thanks to Jackson, Carrera and Lauren who were the epitome of customer service and front desk. The location is excellent, a short walk from many tourist attractions including Space Neelde, MoPop and Chihuly gardens, all worth a visit especially with the CityPass. The bed was pretty good too. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to wind down for a couple of hours after a long day out. Yes! I would stay here again.

The historical manor is very charming and the manager is very friendy. The room was not very large but cosy. We arrive early so we had the possibility to park in the yard.
Very good breakfast changing every day.
The area is full of very nice historical manors. It is very close from the historic Capitol Hill area with restaurants.
Easy access to public transports.

I loved everything. The booking was made on Booking.com and there were no issues. The reception was perfect seeing I booked over a month before. The responsiveness was amazing. The breakfast varied and delicious. This was my best stay at any hotel. I am thankful.

A beautiful, modern hotel in the Belltown area. The spacious room was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We appreciated the free bottled water in the room. The reception staff and door attendants were all so lovely and friendly. We were checked in by Gustav and he was superb! We took a drink from the bar up to the rooftop terrace and sat in the sun enjoying the great views of the city. The hotel location was great for walking to The Space Needle and Pike Place Market, also Westlake Station. We didn't eat at the hotel but just along the road is a lovely restaurant called Lola.
