Hotel service and staff were perfect. Breakfast was splendid. Location could not be better. Very nice and relaxing hotel lounge. We stayed in this hotel for three nights and enjoyed it a lot ... definitely coming back here when visiting SF again. A very friendly and comfortable hotel to be strongly recommended!

Biggest advantage is hotel service, helpful and kind. Spacious room, beds were very comfortable. Location 2 minute walking from Union square. Neighbourhood buses up to 8 minute walk from hotel can take you to lots of tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good and, for the price, I wasn’t expecting breakfast. There are much more expensive hotels that don’t even offer that. It’s not a big breakfast, but they have coffee and pastries that do the trick, and for a couple of days that really solves the issue. They also offer free coffee and water 24/7. Everything is very convenient and staff was helpful.
