The bed is extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location couldn’t be more perfect.

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel , very clean. Great room with a lovely balcony The quine size bed was a bit small. We liked the continental breakfast that was included. There are great restaurants nearby and the best mid Town location. The service was very good.

The view was amazing. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

When we checked out, I left my wallet in the safe. Due to my poor memory, I don't remember the incident at all and thought the wallet was stolen. Two or three days later, the hotel staff found our wallet and contacted us immediately, and when we returned to New York, the wallet was successfully retrieved. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for your professional service.

Location, breakfast included (was so lovely) and the rooftop terrace in busy downtown was just so special to be out there on the roof and have fresh air and nice drinks with snacks out from all the busy city life on the ground. This really made pur stay unique as you do not get many places in Manhattan to sit outside for a drink and snack as we are used to in Europe.
