I loved the location. The rooms were nice and relatively spacious, especially for NYC. It was definitely value for money. The bed was comfortable, and having a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the $10 daily snack allowance allowed me to get two bottles of water.

This hotel was great. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and the housekeeping absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel makes it absolutely perfect for exploring New York. Nice pubs nearby - especially Pete Dillons and also many places with good breakfasts. If we return to New York, we would love to stay here again!

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. Front desk staff were so warm and very helpful. A misunderstanding resulted in our booking being cancelled without our knowledge. But when we arrived the situation was handled with kindness and grace. We were quickly given an upgrade to a King room, offered a complementary bottle of wine. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. And the location is just great.
