A small but cosy hotel with basics for a stay in NYC. The most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel (finally, no those thick hot blankets which one usually gets). Nice toiletries.

What a wonderful experience we had at Hotel Sherman, I can truly recommend this establishment. A little gem in the middle of New York. From booking to checking in and out they exceeded our expectations. The personal touches were noticed, rarely and hugely appreciated. The rooftop was such an added bonus to our stay. Full marks to the Henry Norman for wonderfully friendly and helpful front desk. Check-in and check-out were a positive pleasure. Lots of good advice about the neighbourhood We stayed in a big family loft-style room which was partitioned into a sleeping space and a living-space with sofa-bed. Given that we were there for five nights, we were delighted to find that the kitchen had everything we might want — toaster, coffee-maker, fridge, oven, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Good fast internet. Quiet street. Arty but relaxed decor. I hope to stay again.
