Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient with instructions communicated by the host through Booking.com message emails. The apartment was totally clean. Both of the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room looked newly renovated. The apartment had all the kitchen appliances and utensils, and wi-fi, and air con and a washing machine, etc. I did not use most of it, but it all looked new and functional. My bed was comfortable. New York City accommodation is expensive, but by that standard the price was very good for a two-bedroom apartment. Harlem has maybe a gritty reputation. But I felt very safe walking around, as apparently did the locals, even solo women and the elderly at night. The apartment’s closeness to the Subway made it easy to do my sightseeing.
