Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

Brand new hotel, clean and with a great complimentary breakfast with a reasonable amount of options, which was a good surprise for us; Staff very friendly; Location is good, near SOHO and Chinatown with yellow and green line nearby.

Amazing location, easy to walk to restaurants, shops, attractions. Easy access to public transport to get to work. Couldn't have been a better location for us :)

The property itself is very ideally located, close enough to downtown manhattan and also easily accessible to both Brooklyn and Midtown by Subway. Besides that you are basically near China town and also not that far from Little Italy. Also another thing that made our stay even better were the staff, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, we truly felt cared for, but I do have to give a special thanks to Sharonda and Luli who work at the front desk for being the friendliest faces we got to meet during our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Richland NY. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I had to move my travel dates due to some issue and the hotel management agree and they even give special room price due to my extend vacation. Kudos to the all the staff especially Mr. Hafiz for the best service. Moreover the location is near to lots of stores and reataurant. If you come to new york, i totally recomended this hotel.

I travelled to NY for work and stayed here, close to my office. The hotel is beautiful and I had a great view of the bridge and river. The room itself was well-designed, great great bathroom, and super clean. Would stay again. Also, the rootop bar is great with a beautiful view of NYC

I can really recommend this hotel as the localization is near the metro station. It was really quiet in the room, no problem with noisy area. Also there was no problem with heating. The temperature was perfect. Beds are comfortable.
