This hotel was a real find and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was excellent. So easy to get around on foot or by tube. The staff we very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Good size room. No noise Elevators worked. Tea/ coffee making facilities.

This is the first time I really enjoyed a hotel stay in NYC. Location- AMAZING. Breakfast- I don’t think there are any hotels in NYC that can compare to the quality and variety of breakfast (I’ve visited quite a few, and usually the food can be categorized as sweets with alot of plastic garbage). Really wonderful breakfast venue in Parisian Style. The room was big enough for the 3 of us (women friends). Every day complimentary Nespresso coffee and water. The room even had a steam iron. The restaurants in the hotel are beautiful and very good food. Such a wonderful design. Personal very polite and super helpful.

I liked the facilities in the rooms. We booked a king suite as I have a baby so it made it a lot easier to manage her routine and be able to make and store food for her. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and professional. Overall an absolute delight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York.
