The location is perfect, it was very easy for me to have access to all cta lines in about 5 minutes. With the help of the staff i was able to join the blue line train to O'hare airport on my way home at a highly reduced transport rate. The rooms are big, neat and quiet. The breakfast is memorable to the point that i didn't spend money at all on breakfast and lunch. The 24-hour kitchen helped me a great deal in preparing my local food which i travelled with for my dinner. The power and free wifi were reliable and helped me in my work while in the hostel. The breakfast hall was very good positioned as it allows one to view the trains on the purple, pink, yellow lines, etc.

After a terrible experience in a different hotel, I last-minute looked for a new place to stay during my Chicago Marathon weekend. And man, I’m so glad I found Central Loop Hotel. The staff was so friendly and did everything they can to let me check-in super early because of my horror night before. Thank you so much for saving my Chicago trip. Arlo is extremely well located, directly on Michigan Avenue, between the Chicago River and the Millennium Park. The hotel has been renovated recently: the decoration is nice and rooms are very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. In addition, there is a restaurant downstairs which is practical and, ultimately, staff was pretty warm. It was very ideal for the Chicago Marathon.
