For starters, the personnel of the hotel was really nice, we were checked in by the nicest lady who explained in detail how we could get around Chicago. The hotel is perfectly located, my daughter and I visited most of the famous Chicago places without needing to take a bus or subway. The room was small but perfect for my daughter and I, and the beds were great. We also loved the laundry service, it came in handy. We loved this hotel and Chicago.

It was my second stay in a Club Quarters Hotel, and as the first one it was fantastic. This was even better than the firts one. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, at least in my oppinion, very centric, in front of the river, very close to musseums, magnificient miles, etc. The personnal was very friendly, and there is a coffe machine in the second floor for free that is absolutely convenient when you have a long, long walk until your meeting place.
