Staff at the reception were amazing, nicer to me than my own family. They made us feel so special, like we were VIP's. Love the decor and tone of voice of your graphics/decor etc. It feels like coming home its just the coolest!

Great hotel and fantastic location.
It was very clean. Rooms are not very big but well planned and have everything you'd need. 24 hour reception, very friendly and helpful. Great hotel spaces to use outside of your room. Mattress was good quality too. I looked at this hotel online but in person it was better.

Friendly and helpful staff and great location. The room was small but well-designed and was perfect for us. The restaurant on the top fool has amazing views but I had no time to try the menu.

Amazing hotel - it smells good, looks good, feels good. They serve the best drinks at the bar. Moreover the rooftop had an amazing party.
The staff is really helpful and proactive.
Superb stay.
The location is also great - Bedford Avenue is super close and you can catch the train/tube and be in manhattan in 20-30 minutes.

We have had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. The staff is sooo helpful there.Helped us whenever we needed even after our stay when we lost our AirPods there. Clean room, coffee and tea downstairs was also great. Recommend to everyone and will be happy to come back soon.
